Three tiers. You decide where the line sits, before anything runs.

Tier definitions live here, and only here. Every team on the roster is bound by them.

03 · The autonomy contract

Three tiers. You decide where the line sits, in writing, before anything runs.

ARuns on its own
No approval needed

Reversible, inside your caps.

Small, continuous, and undoable. These run unattended because waiting on a human costs more than the decision is worth, and because none of them can move you outside a limit you already set.

For example
  • Bid adjustments inside the cap
  • Negative keywords and exclusions
  • Pacing between ad groups or placements
  • Retiring a fatigued asset
  • Blocking a low quality placement
BQueued for you
Waits for your yes

Real money, or a customer sees it.

Anything that moves budget between channels, changes what a customer sees, or commits your brand publicly comes to your queue with the reasoning, the exact dollars, and the projected result attached.

For example
  • Budget moved between channels
  • New creative or copy going live
  • A new campaign launch
  • Any public reply in your name
  • Bidding to a new target cost
CNever unattended
Human only, always

Structural, or hard to undo.

These never execute without a human, no matter how confident the system is or how well it has performed. Delegation is not available at this tier, and that is a deliberate limit rather than a setting we have not built yet.

For example
  • Monthly budget changes
  • Offers, pricing, and discounts
  • Positioning and brand system changes
  • Metric or attribution definitions
  • Adding a new data source to the graph

07 · Your desk

Every decision that needs you, in one place.

What a queued item carries

Reasoning
Why the specialist proposed it, in plain language.
Exact dollars
What it moves, and out of which budget.
Projected result
What it expects to change, and by when.
Who proposed it
The team and the specialist behind the ask.

Moving the line

Move the line any time, in either direction. Raise a team to Tier A once you have watched it work, or drop a whole category back to Tier C for a quarter. The contract is written down before anything runs, and changing it is a decision you make, not a setting we tune.
